• Knowledgeable of construction principles and problem solving techniques using rapid engineering analysis deriving required resolutions for field construction to implement.
• Coordinate between the construction and engineering teams ensuring that the construction requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams and that the engineering deliverable satisfy the construction requirements
• Review subcontractors' invoices

• Review detailed design drawings and last specification
• Full coordination with other suppliers, subcontractors
• Review of project documents/drawings for work scope received from consultant
• Shop drawing and detailing for all finishing trades.
• Reviewing and approving the as built drawings
• Coordination works between arch and civil and MEP drawings

• Responsible for all site interior and exterior finishing works and landscape Provides

•Review all Architectural Drawings submitted to Consultants, in addition to reviewing and verifying the contractors Shop Drawings
•Coordinates to the site engineers for the execution of the architectural works
•Reviews the contract drawing, project specifications and other related codes to be incorporated on the shop drawings
•Prepares the Request for Information/ Clarification when there is discrepancy from the contract drawings and other relative contract documents
•Manage and oversee the CAD staff
•Responsible for submitting finishes materials to approved by consultant

•Coordinating between site and design team for the landscape design issues.
•Reviewing and prepare landscape Shop Drawings.
•Review landscape design and provide recommendation and suggestions for improvements.
•Provides necessary detailing to simplify execution of Landscape drawings.

•Provide technical support in areas of planning, designing, choosing materials and construction management to the client
•Prepares and presents to the client the new proposal as per their requirements
•Discusses designs and cost estimates with clients and others involved in the project, including engineers
•Discusses requirements of clients or builders (to design a new structure or modify an existing one) and prepare a brief one.
•Receive and review completed design work from project design team and ensure compliance with client requests
•Hold meetings with clients as needed, gather project data for the design team.

•Action the Client's instructions to modify the works in consultation with the Head Office if involving change to the design.

•Hands over all completed finishing item to QC engineer in site.
•Monitor and follow-up landscape construction related activities
•Monitors the site finishing progress day by day and ensure compliance with standards required by the client
•Allocates the available resources on site among the available activities on daily basis.
