Day to day operation and maintenance of the customer network. Network consists
primarily of Cisco ACI & Nexus switches (N7K, N5K & N2K), Cisco wireless solution, Cisco
ASR & ISR routers, Infoblox (IPAM & DHCP), F5 LTM devices and Solarwinds NPM & NTA.
 Experience in Cisco ACI solutions, ACI L4-7 and Firewall integration.
 Experience in creating application policies in ACI to including tenants, endpoint groups (EPGs),
contracts, subjects, and filters.
 Creation of network documentation from the existing infrastructure, planned
infrastructure as well as updating existing documentation.
 Maintain SLA requirement, monitor and manage KPI’s for performance and capacity.
 Help team to create root cause analysis for high severity failures.
 Implement changes to the existing network as per business requirements.
 Manage a team of 6 engineers and preparing the monthly duty roster.
 Working as Technical lead and manage all the technical issues in HQ and 65 branch
office.
 Participate all the client weekly, CAB and projects meetings.
 Working directly with ISP/vendors on fixing any issues related to network.
 Monitors network performance in order to determine whether adjustments need to be
made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future.

PRESALES ROLE:
• Identify the customer business requirements and set the optimum design based on the requirements including the network topology, network services and network applications.
• Conduct site surveys for new & existing data centers and evaluate & develop new requirements for site preparations, physical infrastructures & active infrastructures.
• Document the proposed design which include Low Level Design (LLD), IP schema and network topology diagrams and verify the proposed design with the customer for modification and approval.
• Set detailed implementation plan with the project manager and get approval from the customer.
• Provide training to staff at the customer location and deliver full documentation for project closing.
• Assists and participates in developing RFP and RFQ responses.
• Offered post and presales technical support for current and new customers.

POST SALES ROLE:
• Hands on familiarity with products from Cisco, Brocade, Dell SonicWall, Asterisk, Avaya and AXIS.
• Designing enterprise level networks by using multiple products line e.g. Cisco, Brocade, Fortigate, Dell SonicWall, etc.
• Initiate and implement campus and enterprise data network using cisco multilayers switches and configure the basic and the advanced features (trunking, Vlans, port security, virtual interfaces, VTP, STP, HSRP, VRRP, AAA, EIGRP, OSPF, and VSS).
• Configure new datacenter campus switches and perform datacenter migration including two server farm, security firewalls, IPS and DMZs in Al Baha University with time down less than 75% from the planned time.
• Implementing several Layer-2 security measures across the LAN-VLANs, Port Security, DHCP Snooping, IP Source Guard, L2 ACLs…
• Configuring network security using Cisco ASA and Sonicwall NGFW and perform integration between them as two stages firewall in NatRec and Gizan MOE HQ.
• Configured Dell Sonicwall NGFW and WAX wan acceleration at NatRec data network.
• Experienced in deploying and configuring Cisco Nexus 7000, 5000 and 2000 switches.
• Experienced in configuring VPC, Fabric Path, OTV, NX-OS, IP internetworking and LAN Switching.
• Designed and Configured Nexus 7000/5000/2000 in Top of Rack & End of Row Architecture for a Scalable Production Network that supports Rack & Blade server architecture in a Multi-Tenancy environment using vPC, VDC & VRF.
• Designed and Implemented Nexus 7K/5K/2K and Catalyst 6500/4900/3750-X in a complex DC Core/Aggregation/Access layer on a 10G backbone.
• Experienced in configuring fiber channel, FCOE, FCIP, NPV/NPIV and basic and enhanced zoning.
• Configured and Managing Cisco Call Communication Manager v9/9.1 on Cisco UCS.
• Configure and install Cisco Unity connection, Cisco Unified presence.
