• Reporting to credit operation manager.

• Handling credit collection in the area under the supervision.
• Interact with Quality Control, Compliance, and Sales for problem resolution, risk evaluation and compliance concerns, as needed.
• Advise and recommend changes to policy and procedure.
• Liaise with other staff within the company, such as sales managers and marketing managers to improve the credit sales.
• Coordinating between the credit management and other managements.
• Sending reports to the high management.
• Accomplish credit transaction and Giving Approval for it.
• Familiar with credit information network co. (Ci-Net) system.
• Determination the target for the staff and give them the strategy to achieve it.
• Solving problems that occurred with the credit customers, and giving them good impression about the credit at my company.
• Maintain acceptable turnaround times for applications submitted for approval.
• Responsible and accountable for supervising of Credit Sales Team.
• Responsible and accountable for the implementation and management of company strategies and plans in the area under the supervision.
• Review all salesmen reports and schedules and to consult/advise/assist and direct the salesman in their activities.
• Make daily / weekly / monthly sales plan for credit sales team and a list of sales points to be visited during the day / week / month.
• The evaluation of credit sales team and performance is to be done weekly according to sales and returns from each one that should be recorded to use it as reference in evaluation on year-end.
• Give more attention to create new concepts and to promotion programs.
