Main responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development of IT project plans across the organization to ensure that effective systems are introduced to meet
identfied needs.
2. Monitor the implementation of IT projects to ensure that all targets are reached and that the overall project is completed in
accordance win agreed umescales anu COsts.
3. Identify user requirernents and develop project and product specifications that will ensure that these requirements are met
4. Develop and implement any necessary procedures and doCumentation required to support new IT systems, nerwork and
procedures.
5. Provide suitable training in new systems to users and managers to ensure that they make the optimum use of these systems.
6. Provide leadership in making and resolving implementation decisions that affect multiple functional and technical areas.
7. Ensure the team goals, as outlined in the team charter, are meet.
8. Review the communication plan to assure that project progress is appropriately communicated to the university community
and to identily any internal communication concerns
9. Conduct post project evaluations to ensure that systerms implemented are operating effectively and providing the services

systemns and proposed changes.
11. Maintain an awareness of developments in the IT field and act as a source of acvice and expertise to managers and staff
within the company.
12. Ensure that all supported applications are available and all service management events (incidents, problems, changes etc)
are resolved in accordance with agreed targets to enable the Company to meet all contractuai obligations & KPI's
Duties and Responsibilities:
1-Follow up manage the Assistant Branch Manager and the pc Operator to achive the best results for the branch role.
2-Responsible for identifying change requirments with the IT Manager to reach the function goals.
3-check cost- effectiveness of feasibility of architecture changes to save cost .
4-Manage small projects and support large projects on branch level to achieve the function goals.
5-Recommend solutions and opportunity areas to achieve the companys vision.
6-Provides first-line support (for Branch/Field systems.).including software/hardware to overcome any issue.
7-Be the single point of contact with internal support to follow up with the IT function projects.
8-Manage the logbook of issues/solution to trace issues to minimize them from happening.
9-Operate the system and resolve common errors to diagnose and act on machine.
10-Design, implement, and develop the system requirements and write document as required to achieve the function goals.
11-Evaluates success of projects with General Manager to achieving the companys goals and prevent any error.
12-Implement occasional software upgrades per branch to save time and cost.
13-Implement hardware upgrade plans to keep all pcs up to date.
14-Administers system security as ( Security contact) at branch to prevent security issues.
15-Designs Security/access profiles of users that match business needs to help them in doing their roles without any invalid access.
16-Manages trainings for new/existing employees on relevant software to prepare them for their roles.
17-prepares & conducts qualification tests trained employees to evaluate them.
18-Develops Assistant Branch IT Manager to Fulfill the business needs ongoing.
19-Conducts or ensures IT tracking sheets to prevent any issues.
20-Conducts long-Term monitoring of system to keep them always alive.
Position : IT Branch Manager
Work description : provides first-line support (for Branch / fielid system).including software/hardware. Maintains logbook of issues/ solutions.operates the system and resolve common error conditions, diagnoses and acts on machine stoppage and error condition not fully coverd by existing procedures and guidelines.Adapts to a variety of nonstandard problem which require extensive opertor intervention.Analyzes requirments, creates, designs, and develops the system requirments and writes documentation as required.
