- Monitor the weekly production Plan daily.
- Analyze the Production Report.
- Train the technicians.
- Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production.
- Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions.
- Oversee installation of machinery and equipment.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
- Diagnose problems in the production Line and provide recommendations.
- Train workers on proper methods in which to operate machinery.
- Analyses quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or top management.
- Monitor the performance of quality control systems includes (IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC) to ensure
effectiveness and efficiency.
- Produce reports regarding non-conformance of products or processes, daily production quality, root cause analyses.
- Supervise quality workers and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.
- Preparing and organizing a succession plan and preparing highly qualified technicians to ensure the progress of work in the department.
