Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
- Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate channels
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Screening candidates resumes and job applications
- Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
within schedule
- Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating

- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion
opportunities, etc.
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
- Prepare appraisals & employees assessment forms
- Manage & update employee’s files.
- Maintain proper relationship & communication with all governmental associations (social insurance
offices, labor office, & medical insurance authority) and ensure compliance with governmental and
Egyptian labor law standards.
- Create a file for each employee and record the accomplishments, areas for improvement and regular
feedback throughout the year.
- Monitor all the labor law related issues and employees contract renewals
- Review the company policies and ensure the employees commit to the policies
- Supervise Subordinates in managing the warning levels and the social insurance system
- Responsible for coaching and monitoring the subordinates in reviewing and managing the employees’ files
- Responsible for reviewing the monthly employees report (absence and vacation records)
- Manage all the work injuries cases with the social insurance.
- Conduct all issues relevant to payroll system (Attendance, absence, penalties, new hires, bank accounts,
resignations, annual increases, overtime, loans, social insurance & wages tax, etc.) on a monthly basis to
ensure full reconciliation with the financial department.
- Conducting and updating Pay Structure, job evaluation, etc.
- Managing all of Training procedure like Training Needs Assessment, Training plan, Training
Implementation, Training evaluation.
- Set, Control & negotiate the training budget and Performing Training ROI.
- Clarify the performance cycle & collect the required performance evaluation forms on time.
- Creates the required reports & Analysis related to performance Management.
