Duties and Responsibilities Handled:
• Production planning as per requirement of Customer
• Man, power planning to execute the Production plan.
• Machine Scheduling and allocation as per production plan.
• Handled of 80 Man power with 3 shift in-charge.
• Increasing Productivity by efective utilization of Men, Machine and Cycle Time Reduction.
• Capacity planning of machines (Blow Molding and Injection Molding).
• Operations & Maintenance for Extrusion blow molding and Injection molding machines.
(BBM, DCM, KRUPP KAUSIC, OMEGA, ARBURG AND WINDSOR… ETC)
• Responsible for the Pilot Batch Production of New Products development.
• Preparing PPAP (PFC, CONTROLPLAN, PFMEA, SOP)
• Gap analysis for production failures and corrective actions.
• Monitoring the Process Rejections and Corrective Action initiation with QA.
• 5S training to the Operators.
• Preparation of Weekly, Monthly analysis report.
• Kaizen’s & Identifying & execution Continual Improvement projects.

• Operating, trouble shouting, and maintenance well experience in making all types of
cap injection molding, compression molding, blow molding and tempo printing.
Machine maintenance for Husky hyelectric, Netstal 3500, Ferromatic 155 & 240, Omega
Omega 200 & 250, demag 175 & 200, sacmi compression moulding… etc.

• Verify correct set up molds presses and auxiliary equipment including granulator conveyer
liquid temperature controls and mold electric control.
• Make minor repair to machines and equipment and notify proper personal of necessary
major repair
• Gate performances, vehicle audit point’s corrective & preventive actions.
• Advising the team on consumable consumption trend, rework, process change, inventory
& extra OT hours.
• Guiding ofcers for performance, ownership & quality of workmanship.
• Maintaining safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.
• Maintain records, and prepare legible reports including such reports, house keeping check
lists, mould cavity data sheets, production downtime report and cycle time sheets etc.
