o Participate in monthly bank reconciliation for 18 banks with total 116 bank accounts.
o Fully responsible for preparing bank statements for 18 banks.
o Participate in the Accounts Receivable book keeping by recording all new cheques to Oracle system including changing the status to remittance and collected.
o Responsible for clearing all payable cheques, E-finance and local transfers on Oracle system.
o Responsible for Foreign shipments payments on Oracle.
o Book supplier invoices in to Oracle system with reviewing the agreed price, received quantities and calculated tax and match them with the invoice.
o Reviewing AP balances with the suppliers and making confirmations on monthly basis
o Attended SAP Training for Cash Transactions and AP transaction for System implementation and participated in System testing for cash transactions to assure that system configuration is correct.
