Provide project leadership, management and oversight. Having responsibility for managing, deliverying and programme management of large scale projects for the implementation of different business domains as IT NW infrastructure, SW applications nd systems in large scale construction "Captial", HW and Building Management projects of high value projects within QF.
Act as a liaison with IT and outside vendors as appropriate; Works together with Projects Managers, Consultants, Project sponsors and stakeholders to guarantee business needs/requirements have been met; following and monitors project progress and assignments ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.
Participate in developing and implementing the project management methodologies. development and definition of programmer and project management resources, i.e. progress monitoring, stakeholder communication, resource management, issue management, risk management, quality assurance, change management, business alignment and technology alignment for review.
Identify on a timely basis all project barriers and identify strategies and approaches to overcome these barriers.Applies PMI standards throughout the project life cycle. Ensure QFIT PMO processes are followed.Supervise the updation of projects and Auditing all documents and provide end to-end planning, monthly reports and progress measurement to high management using EPM tool.Responsibe for Go/No-Go decision on solution and participating in Service Level Agreements negotiation with our vendors.Managing direct big team of profiessional project managers(PMPs) and indirect technicians staff as well.
Manage projects planning and implementation activities, as well as project teams involved in providing S/W, H/W and infrastructure solutions in support of mission-critical environments of Government & private accounts. Supervise project managers, technicans and specialists. Interact internally as Pre-Sales with Sales Teams in providing technical expertise during initial contacts, conducting presentations, and assisting in securing new consulting engagements by providing consultancy to other business units in newly introduced systems. Managing relationships with Stakeholders, vendors and subcontractors.
Besides, Responsible for managing IT Services & Processes and performance of SOW on sites. Also, handling differenet business domain projects. In addition, Creating a strategy for the deployment, delivery, alignment, and continuous improvement for all our new IT products, services and sourcing within our department.
Handling the role of project Leader
-Designing and programming stock control system.
-Designing and programming personnel System.
-Designing and programming labor Information System.
-Programming for different customers as needed by the systems manager.
-Implementing product was Clipper & High Level BASIC.
-Preparing the S/W & H/W requirements for training courses.
-Preparing the training materials for the training courses.
-Provide high quality training for trainees.
-Reporting to the training manager.
