· Overseeing safety and security of resident students. Following-up of Residential Halls maintenance issues.
· Monitoring visitors and allowing access only to those allowed under department policy.
· Implementation of AUS rules and regulations.
· Imparting information related to rules, regulations, facilities, and services to students through direct communication and flyers/posters.

· Reporting student misbehavior issues to Student Conduct & Conflict Resolution Department.

· Supervising residents in all activities planned for the resident students.
· Assisting in fire drills supervision.
· Providing access to students to their rooms in case of lost/damaged access cards.
· Making physical checks of all common areas during the shift.
· Ensuring AUS assets are secure.
· Handling Emergency situations related to Safety or Security in a calm manner ensuring all procedures are implemented.
Creating a comfortable and safe environment that contributes to the success of the resident student's educational progress and personal growth.
• Answer reader’s inquiries and questions over the phone or by e-mail messaging.
• Checking the pre- publishing stage, like preparing images for publishing using
PhotoshopCS5, and using any media format to support the published articles.
• Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information,
transferring calls or taking messages as necessary.
• Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone
communication.
• Apply the elements of building positive rapport with different types
of customers over the phone.
• Working in customer service section, at Ajman City Center, where I held and
accomplish market research and customer’s surveys as well as its related duties
