Key Responsibilities:
• Analyzing project inception plan and creating a schematic layout in view of key quantifiable parameters encompassing - estimation of takeoff costs, reviewing project constructability, project buy-out, scopes of work, project profitability and scheduling.
• Preparing project schedules/plans, assigning requisite resources, monitoring actual project progress against agreed schedules/plans, supporting team members to complete projects within defined time/cost constraints, escalating issues impacting project performance/ timetable.
• Calculating weighted percentage of activities by creating work breakdown structure (WBS), and sequencing the project activities utilizing Primavera (Project Management software) for timely completion of project.
• Applying high-end project management concepts like critical path management, material and human resource management to plan and efficiently organize the site facilities to meet deadlines.
• Monitoring and tracking project status/ progress through the generation of Look Ahead, Progress Curves etc. and preparing project progress summary and certificate for management reporting.
• Directly reporting to the Project Control Manager regarding the project status against the scheduled plans and suggesting necessary actions if any discrepancies found.
• Handling, controlling and monitoring the total expenditure of the project including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers/vendors/subcontractors, ensuring all project expenditures are captured and recorded accurately.
• Coordinating the whole project operations with the Project Manager and Site Quantity Surveyor and submitting necessary reports to the Consultant and Client for approval.
• Actively attending the project meetings and discussions with the PMT and external as well as managing the other ad-hoc duties assigned by the seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provided cost estimate and project cost control support, reviewed project constructability, sub-contracting requirements, project profitability and scheduling.
• Prepared construction schedules and milestones, monitored progress against established schedules, checked for variations, proposed suitable modifications to maneuver project to avoid time/cost overruns while ensuring strictest adherence to client requirements.
• Tracked progress of ongoing projects against established milestones and effected necessary changes along the way to ensure adherence to procedures.
• Arranged a baseline review workshop with the client to ensure the developed schedule is clearly understood and accepted.
• Calculated earned value, SPI and CPI to track actual costs against periodic budget targets as well as to give management clear understanding of the performance of the project.
• Assisted the seniors in forecasting processes, planned and managed resource requirements, monitor manpower deployment schedules and controlled assigned spending budgets to attain goals.
• Formulated necessary reports for internal purposes as well as for the clients and also maintained the record effectively for further references.
• Worked closely with the project manager, lead engineer and site manager to ensure timely completion of the projects within the given cost constraints.

Overall Responsibilities:
• Ensured that all the assigned tasks are in compliance with the work breakdown structure and coding as well as recognized and modified plans arising from the impact of variations.
