EAI transformation project is a huge integration project, it's main
objective is the revamping of the current Mobily integration services &
infrastructure using the latest IBM technologies.
•
SSM and ILOG are 2 modules under the EAI transformation Project.•
SSM (Service Subscription Manager) : It is an embedded engine which is
responsible of the renewal of the customer subscriptions in Mobily
services (SS, Connect, Wimax, and LTE) automatically.
•
ILOG : IBM Business Rule Management System (BRMS) which is
responsible for maintaining the different business rules in the project.
•
Responsible for design and leading implementation activities.•
Build a database to integrate data from multiple back-end sources to be
used as multi-channel repository for echannels. It designed to cover the
following business areas:
- User-Services Authorization : check if the customer is authorized to
use business service based on different factors (segment, channel,
account currency, ….).
- Limits Management:
• Allow the business users to define the customers' limits based on
different dimensions like (segments, channels, Service, ….).
• Check and maintain customer's limits during the execution of online
transactions.
- Fees Management :
• Allow the business users to define the different services' fees based on
different dimensions like (customer segments, channels, Service, ….).
• Calculate the services fees during the execution of online transactions.
- Automatic customer notification(SMS, eMail, …).
- Customer relations(beneficiaries, SADAD registered bills, …).
- Mutual Funds.
- IPO Subscription.
