Since June 1, 2010: mechanical technician in Hasdrubal oil and gas production assets of British Gas Tunisia Company.
My mission is to ensure the maintenance and the repair of;
- Pumps (centrifugal, chemical, with pistons, pallets, gears…)
- Gas compressors (centrifugal and with pistons)
- Fuel / gas Turbines (TB4000, TB5000, TB5400 and TORNADO of
Ruston Gas Turbines and SIEMENS Turbines)
- Air Compressors (screw and pistons compressors)
- Marine offshore cranes (BUCYRUS ERIE and CATERLIPPAR)
- Speed-reduction gears and gearboxes,
- Diesel engines (GM, CATERPILLAR, FORD, BOUDOIN, LISTER…)
- Hydraulic systems,
- Turbo generators, turbo pumps, turbo compressors…
In more I ensure the supervision, the control and the statements of the parameters of the rotating machineries also I collect the vibration monitoring readings using Bentley Nevada and emerson CSI 2130 portable data collector and I
analyse the problems.
From January 22, 2007 to May 31, 2013 : mechanical technician, in the oil platforms offshore of the company of research and exploitation of oil in Tunisia (SEREPT) in Ashtart oil fields located in the golf of Gabes (southern of TUNISIA).
My mission is to ensure the maintenance and the repair of the rotating
machineries on Ashtart oil field platforms, composed of five platforms of exploitation, production and drilling and a barge of storage. The company SEREPT is the first offshore in TUNISIA, exploitation since 1973.
From October 1, 2004 to January 19, 2007: technical-commercial in the company ARI (automatism and industrial regulation), official representative world supplier’s leader in the field of the pneumatic, hydraulic, control and instrumentation (ASCO-JOUCOMATIC, DENISON, PARKER, MASONEILAN, YOKOGAWA, KOBOLD, RENNER, KAESER, BOURDON, COMEVAL, WEST…). My mission here is to study the problems for customers, to order the material and to make the installation, the maintenance, and the follow-up and the service after sale.
