Administer mechanical maintenance team and outline the scope of work.
· Responsible for the development the preventive & routine maintenance schedules.
· Revise & issue all maintenance procedure for static equipment as per vendor recommendations.
· Responsible for writing technical reports for minor & major repair activities and CMMS feedback.
· Fully familiarized with applicable design codes in oil and gas industries (ASME, API…etc.)
· Attend Units Shutdowns in Refinery and total shut downs.
· Identify the necessities for static equipment spare parts.
· Supervise maintenance on various equipment: o Towers (washing towers), remove all types of trays (bubble cap, valve, sieve, trays). o Heat exchangers with its all types Shell & tube, Plate (fixed tube, floating head, u-tube.... etc.) o Pressure vessel (vertical, horizontal) o Loading and unloading catalyst for many types of Reactors and vessels. o Maintenance of valves (Gate, Globe, check, Ball, Butterfly, Plug valves).

- Control the quality, occupancy and volume of work your team can deliver and assist
with quickly finding repair solutions.
- Ensure efficient completion of scheduled repairs and services.
- Orient new team members.
- Provide advice and technical assist.
- Assess impact of delays, interruptions or changes in plans and implement appropriate
courses of action to minimize issues.
