Plumbing and Fire Fighting Design Engineer at (UEPM)
Projects : Marina Mix &Residential(A40) at FOXHILLS & WAREHOUSES &BLOCK Factory At QATAR.
Fit out work for shops at Land Mark Mall & Doha Festival Mall & Pearl Mall and Mall Of Qatar.
Supervising Mechanical jobs based on shop drawings and specifications for:
HVAC ducting, Firefighting piping, Chilled water piping, Cooling tower, Plumbing(water supply & drainage), Solving test & balance problems.
Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports and assesses them against the project schedule.
Ensuring the availability of adequate quantity of mechanical material.
Providing input to Quantity Surveyor for interim payment applications.
Conducting safety tool box lecture to enforce safety regulations for individuals on the site.
Raising inspection requests for work completed.
Ensuring work is executed according to contract specifications, approved design drawings, agreed procedures, and method statements.
Implementing strict adherence to safety rules and regulations.
Reducing the wastage of material and increase manpower productivity.
Interacting with client and consultant regarding the status of work.
Completing necessary quality assurance documentation of work under direct control.
Negotiating with client and consultant for obtaining approvals for requested modifications.
Updating drawings to fit newly approved modifications for As-Built drawings.
Checking all installations in preliminary stage.
Performs other related duties as may be required by the Project Manager.
