Job description and responsibilities:
1. Consultant to the sales team and customers, advising best fit technical solutions throughout the sales process.
2. Ensure that the sales teams and the customers across the region and externally are kept up to date with the latest technologies.
3. Work on the project through the post sales phase after contract signature. In some case where project are handed over at the post sales phase need to manage handover from pre sale engineering activities to post sale engineering activities.

8. Detail Design including interaction with Network Planning Team, Radio Network Planning Team and Radio Network Traffic Team; provide equipment lists to Bid & Quote Teams (pricing); liaise with procurement and third party vendors to obtain detailed technical specifications and pricing.
9. Design authority, review and sign-off of systems design for the team.
10. Responsible for all technical aspects of proposal submissions; systems descriptions, system diagrams, technical point responses.
11. General day-to-day technical support for small business opportunities and general day-to-day sales queries.
Working as a customer support manager for Egypt supporting Motorola Systems in Egypt with the below responsibilities:
• Ensuring that all Motorola Support deliverables are provided to Egypt Customers in line with customer contract and customer support plan.
• Manage Customer Issue Resolution including support cases for Egypt Systems. Ensuring that all cases are being proactively managed and progresses against the CIR targets.

technical marketing document determining the benefits from deploying Wi-Fi
and its applications in different business sectors
