As a Room Operator: I was monitoring and controlling the light system, sound effects, time management for the players (Customers) and manage the scenario for the room.
As a Product & Marketing Developer: I was developing and innovating the room, the effects and the entrance to the room with the team members and preview and describe it to the team leader.
and about the marketing role, I was analyzing the market and the competitors and try to give new ideas to attract the market to us by doing brainstorming with the team and the team leader.

I was responsible for AMC Azur Hotel in Hurghada, they contact the purchasing department and tell us what they need from food & beverage and other staff, then we contact the suppliers to prepare it and we bring the things from them and transfer it to the AMC Azur Hotel's stockroom.
