Upgrade the SOLVAY sodium carbonate plant including
Supply - installation - connection - testing for (Cables and cable trays - distribution panels -earthing systems - low voltage substation)
- Activities
- Review shop drawing as per design drawing
- Review submitted material
- Load calculation and voltage drop calculation
- Monitoring progress and performance of construction during the execution of work
- check work as per specification and shop drawing and preparing as built drawing
- submit inspection request to the consultant
- reporting progress reports for the top level manager
- follow up testing and commissioning for the cables and panels
From 12/2012 to 11/2014
Project: Reefer expansion project in Alexandria international container terminal
(Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of M.V containerized unit, distribution panels and reefer supply panels)
Activities
- Supervision of all civil activities
o Inspect all Civil activities done by subcontractor according to project specification and owner instructions
- Supervision of all electrical activities
o Quantity survey for all consumed material in the site
o Load calculation and voltage drop calculation
o Coordination and supervision of site technicians and labor to rectify the job requirements to apply the project specifications
o Supervision of the subcontractor activities in installation and connection of L.V. Panels
o Rectify all site activities to meets all project specification in the planned and agreed time frame and
o Supervision on Installation of Medium Voltage containerized unit including 11KV Switch gear, 11/0.4KV Transformer and main distribution panel 3200A/400V
o Installation of distribution panels 400A
o Installation of reefer supply panels
o Inspection of all control and power cables inside the panels
o Preparing as built drawing for the completed works
- Reporting the daily activity for the top management.
- Managing the project operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of project targets within the time and cost parameters
- Testing and commissioning of 11KV Switch gear and 400V/3200A main distribution panels including :
o Testing of MV cable
o Meager and continuity test for L.V. cables
o Testing of all outgoings in panels

Project:
• Upgrade fire alarm systems to addressable system and connect all the system via network to monitor and control of the system with (MM8000 Software (SIEMENS))
Installation of new fire alarm system for 14 new building (fire alarm control panel, detectors and call point, and Alarms)
Change all conventional fire alarm panels to addressable panel
Connect all panels with the main server via network using fiber optic cables and Cat.6 cables
Draw as-built drawing for new systems
Reporting all the site activities for project manager
Handover all finished activities to the customer and complete his comments ( if any)
Design and Installation and connection of MIMIC panel for all places covered by fire alarm system and connect and control it via network
Start up and Follow the system during normal operation

After receiving an inquiry from the client start calculation of the project as following :
1. Complete all technical data, and prepare the procedure and other requirements for the project
2. Calculate the number of HT units needs for this project, all material required and man power needs to complete this job
3. Calculate the Cost of the project and introduce to the managing director to but the margin and calculate the sales cost
4. Distribute the manpower for this job according to the project needs
5. Prepare the material needed for this project including HT unit, Heating Element, and all consumables needed
6. Check the HT unit and calibrate it in the workshop
7. Make a report during the site running and communicate with the customer to discuss the running process and the problem occurred.
8. Control all consumables when the site is running
9. Control the manpower which work in the site
10. Review the charts and make a report for each chart
11. Hand over the work to the client after finishing the work and deliver all documents and Reports
