• Enforce Securitas values, ethics, procedures and policies.
• Follow up with clients to build a relationship for troubles free contract.
• Directly supervise, manage, train and lead all security specialists in the performance of security.
• Being a leader through example by making myself knowledgeable about each individual site and the unique qualities so I can be a resource to our officers, operation team and clients.
• Assist with reporting incidents, scheduling and new sites start-ups.
• Accountable for reducing risks, responding to incidents, reporting metrics and limiting exposure to liability within clients and Securitas operations.
• Responsible for the vision, culture and operations of a diverse portfolio of clients’ accounts.
• Define success at multiple organizational levels, leveraging individual experiences and best practise for maximum impact.
• Controlled schedules for all shifts and events to minimize overtime costs and reduce waste while ensuring more efficient processes were placed
• Maintaining growing knowledge of industry trends relating to security management and services.
• Emergency Management & business continuity planning.
• Shaping security protocols with strategic implementation.
• Monitoring all security operations for all clients (organization, company & individuals)
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
• Creating evacuation & emergency response plans.
• Conducting security investigations and evaluations.
• Control budgets of security operations and monitor expenses.
• Regularly interact with senior and subordinate leadership within the security organizational structure.

• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to develop an ongoing partnership.
• Develop strategic thinking to engage client's policies. • Evaluate and improve current security plans.

More than 12 years of working in law enforcement, firefighting, private security, departments operations, security planing and strategies, risk assessments and
crises management including 5 years of international, experience with United Nation peace keeping force, additionally, there are 8 years of experience of work in security industry for the private sector.
