 Observation Sub-Contractors work and be ensure to compliance with the approved Drawing.
 Working with the Interior Designer to develop delivery strategies to meet the Project business drivers.
 Project phase initiation including the development of: Estimates, Work Breakdown Structures, Quality Plans, Program of Work, and Risk Registers.
 Project control and management using earned value monitors (CPI / SPI), Key Performance Indicators and Resource Profiles and change control etc. to maintain a clear project direction.
 Chairing Project Progress meetings.
 Developing an auditable trail for all Design and Project decisions.
 Identification and resolution of complex engineering challenges, including the design of unique and bespoke engineering solutions.
 Checking the design intent and integrity of Reports, Technical Specs and Drawings.
 Functional checking of components through to complete assemblies to ensure that the design is safe, suitability for manufacture, maintainable, operable, functional and fit for purpose.
 Ensuring compliance with technical and procedural requirements.
 Delivering Architecture designs and associated documentation to program and budget.
 Chairing Design Reviews and Design Update Meetings to ensure that designs meet the specified requirements.
 The specification, co-ordination and integration into the design of research and development data.
