Manage the resources capacity plan for 30 resource onsite & offshore
Manage projects scope, cost, revenue, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
Manage the travel plan and the resources backup plan.
Guiding the team and project on how to use Activate practices and values
Creation and management of sprint plans to support a clear delivery direction for any given
release
Ability to utilize performance metrics to forecast expected delivery and take corrective

Projects Planning to ensure the delivery of value through the solution life cycle.
Prepare Business PRD according to business requirements from the customer’s functional
leads, Follow creation of the detailed business PRD document for new enhancement,
determination of changes to initial project scope and time schedule.
Follow up with technical and functional team’s projects progress. And report projects status to delivery manager and SAP Section head.
Projects planning by make plans for different phases for projects, follow up date’s deviations and update progress changes.
Projects Preparation by prepare customer kickoff meeting and handover for implementation, delivery and installation of test system for the software, and project phase review and sign-off from customer.
Prepare Business Blue Print and gather business requirements with the customer’s functional leads, Follow creation of the detailed business blueprint document, determination of changes to initial project scope and time schedule, and Project phase review and sign-off from customer.
Project Realization by start installation and customization based on the business blueprint, data migration, validation of system setup, System testing, Definition of training and cutover plan and project phase review and sign-off from customer.
Final preparation and follow up training of Key-user and administrator, System readiness for going live, Completion of cutover activities, and Project phase review and sign-off from customer.
Going live and support by make sure of full implementation of SAP Business One ERP, review and sign-off from customer for going live and support as well as for final project completion, and review and optimization conference.
HCM Add-on Realization and support.
Follow up, and report projects status to ERP delivery manager and SAP Section head.
