•Job Description
Rehabilitation of various companies and by various operating areas, to get any certificate in accordance with any specification required by the management or clients, including (ISO 9001, ISO IEC 17025, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, BRC, OHSAS 18001).
• The preservation and maintenance of management systems applicable corporate and applicable in accordance with the requirements of reference standards.
•Continue planning or work (if possible) training for all levels of management on the different management systems periodically at least annually and make sure its application to make sure the arrival of the concept of specifications and requirements for all employees boiling different jobs.
•The work of internal periodic reviews to ensure the continuity of application of Quality manual and procedures different management systems.
•Retention of the status of all management systems certificates they obtain group companies to be valid.
• No cases of non-matching of external audits for each specification.
• Create and follow-up steps to measure continuous improvement various departments and companies with develop KPIs assessment standards and measure this improvement
•Setting goals of the annual Quality Management for the group companies.
•Develop annual quality management plans which they can apply the objectives set for quality management.
•Develop annual internal audit plan for companies with identifying and responsibilities of auditors in this plan.
• Follow-up to the implementation of the audit plan and reporting and the work of a final report and submit it to the management.
• To report periodically (monthly) on corporate performance management and continuous improvement metrics companies.
• Work external and internal communications necessary for the performance of his job.
