Acting now as a Senior System Engineer and Unix/Linux Admin responsible for:
- Managing and installing company’s internal LAN, Wireless LAN and WAN infrastructure.
- Administering Linux (RedHat) and IBM AIX UNIX OS.
- Managing Data Backup System “Symantec NetBackup”.
- Administering virtualization environment (VMWare vsphere and VMview)
- Managing IBM Hardware (Power and xServers, Blade Center, Tape Library)
- Managing IBM SAN Storage & Fabric-Zoning switches.
- Managing voice service with Nortel® Business Communication Manager equipment including digital and VoIP sets and VoIP trunks and managing internal voice system using Panasonic D500 PBX
- Managing configurable switches and WAN connections as VPNs between different branches and HQ managed by Cisco® routers.
- Managing internet connections security by managing Cisco® PIXs and Fortigate® firewalls.
- Managing Microsoft Windows Services (AD, Exchange, DNS, …)

1- Managing network in Goldi Service "Call Center" and between HQ and other branches in all over Egypt.
2- Managing Oracle Production Server "using Linux operating system" by making a schedule for automatic backup and monitoring the server performance and security.
3- Managing VOIP server "WICOM" and Cisco IP phones.
4- Managing Linux mail server, and other servers that working under Linux environment such as firewall server and proxy server
5- Also responsible for maintenance and support users by handle their problems by phone or mail.
