Job Title: Construction Manager
Project: Greek Village Marassi (Construction of 24 Residential buildings, 32 townhouses & Hub with budget 1, 600, 000, 000 EGP).
Duties:
- Monitor & Control all construction activities and schedule intermediate phases.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to achieve project scope, goals, objectives & benefits.
- Provide technical support, coordination, leadership & empowering skills for construction team, vendors & subcontractors ensuring performance and quality are met to the required standards.
- Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules.
- Identify, manage and control resources(manpower, materials and equipment) and track inventory.
- Identify, analyze, manage risks and apply risk management techniques ensured applying the appropriate planned risk response in a timely manner.
- Negotiate terms of subcontractors & vendors agreements.
- Review and comments on design related aspects, construction plans and specifications, identifying and propose resolutions resolving design and construction issues in a timely manner.
- Oversee all on-site constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive and strong communications & relationships with client and all project stakeholders.
- Review the work progress on daily basis and prepare internal and external reports pertaining to work progress, issues and risks providing corrective actions proposals.
- Manage, arrange and direct team meetings to review progress, conflicts, plans and best responses to improve work performance.
