• Operate all transaction concerned with cash, cash limits in local and foreign currency .
• Responsible for ATM daily feeding and reconciling.
• Responsible for arrangement of the cash shipments for both local and foreign currency.
• Responsible for the securities, serial documents& credit files lodgings.
• Reply and satisfy all audits comment related to the cash area .
• Replace customer service staff during annual leaves or absence (opening accounts, time deposits and selling bank products ).
• Other duties assigned by line management and RM Egypt .
• Daily monitor for the cash activities .
• Help achieving our branch target through my monthly target .
• Assist to review M.C & visa overdue and reviewing the payment for the same
• Purchasing and selling foreign currencies.
• Purchasing traveler cheques .
• Selling visa stamps for tourists.
• Doing the bank deposits for both local and foreign currencies.
• Drawing the money for customers by credit cards using the manual cash machine
• Responsible for our central safe in our department.
• Prepare daily and monthly petty cash.
• Responsible for all cash sales.
• Doing the entries for both company expenses and cash sales.
• Take care about the payment witch we are receiving from the customers (credit customers) and follow up with customers regarding the payment through sales men.
• Assist chief accountant in all stages leading to preparation of monthly financial reports and analyses such as balance sheet, profit and loss statement and ending accounting
