Supervise and review the procedures and documents of overseas recruitment, guide the team to the appropriate procedures for international recruitment with periodic meetings with clients to ensure the progress of the recruitment process as required
Manage contracts for VIP clients as well as follow-up recruitment for senior categories
Prepare and show the periodic reports and Department KPI
Continuously evaluation for exist manpower agencies, and working to add more agencies meeting company policy and qualification head hunting for senior professions ex.( UK, Greece, Italy, Mexico, Venezuela, Argentina, USA, France, Turkey, Korea, Japan, …….)

Full responsible in recruitment process starting from Departments requirements ending to the candidates join the company, that’s passes through agency contact, collecting CV’s, filter it, handling the interviews and selecting the candidates,
Finishing all the procedures till the candidate get in his job all under the annual plan of the recruitment department.
Prepare the KPI's standard every quarter year.
Share workshop for each (Planning, Training & Performance Management with Great background knowledge in preparing the organization structure, salary scale, standard manpower & training courses analysis.
