Ensure adequate provision against unsettled bank claim are made, discuses and agree this with the FD.
To support on monthly closing by providing necessary employee’s deduction JV’s, reconciliation with banks for monthly settlement.
Perform monthly balance confirmation and reconciliation with suppliers for the facility division.
Prepare costing sheets for services rendering to customers.
To provide support and knowledge to business units to ensure that cash reconciliation challenges are resolved effectively.
To support the cash reconciliation activities across, advice and active guidance wherever needed or requested.
Manage a case handling team, organizing staff and other resources to investigate and resolve complaints in accordance with G4S Providers and policies.
Ensuring the effective and high quality resolution of complaints in accordance with the appropriate Complaint handling procedures and standards.
Development of investigation team, including input to all aspects of staff development input to the development of policies and procedures.
Applying a Varity of auditing procedures and techniques to the financial transaction.
Preparation of audit working papers covering the examination of the accounts of the financial statements.
Planning the program of audit work including the selection of the procedures to be used and followed.
Preparation of written explanations and comments on the findings of the examinations and on the contents of accounting records.
Preparation and analysis of financial statements together with explanations and notes thereon.
Identifying and resolving technical issues.
Reviewing and documenting clients' accounting procedures and evaluating the internal controls.
Preparing management reports.
Preparation a letter on our findings to management and suggestion of the corrective action, which should be taken.
Prepare costing statements covering all aspects of coast.
Work on company’s trail balance, adjustment entries and bank reconciliations.
