1- support 24/7 plant manufacturing operation focus on safe, efficient, reliable maintenanceof equipment to ensure the production of quality product .
2- Planning and applying the preventive maintenance programs, improve the reliability of the equipment
3- Responsible for executing the corrective lines ( equipment, forklifts, and electrical panels ), the utilities and the building
4- Troubleshooting and problem resolution for electronic/ mechanical equipment after building issues .
5- Analyze breakdowns and monitoring the performance of the equipment after repair
6- Ensure all new, modified equipment and process are validated and MOC ( Management Of Change ) procedure followed .
7- Provide Leadership, coaching and direction to maintenance operation .
8 - Work with the purchasing department and vendors for optimum & economical options for spare parts
9- Make Sure all maintenance reports are provided on time as accurate as possible.
Basic duties :
- All installation of electrical works in the factory
- Supervise execution of monthly preventive and running monthly maintenance plans, as well as corrective maintenance jobs for equipment issues
- Follow up and approve GRA ( good recieving acceptance ) of local and foreign spare parts .
- Record daily maintenance activities, prepare works schedules .
overhaul and upkeep and repair of all plant machines including :
- fedegari autoclaves & ovens
- perri & bausch& corima filling machines
- Labelling and shrinking machines
- ABB Transformers & Generators
- Fault Finding, testing and the removal or adjustment of existing fitting, fixtures and parts .
