Responsibilities:
- Supervising the quality of Works at site according to approved shop drawings, materials and project specification.
- Responsible for Shop drawing reviewal & Material arrangements as per project requirement.
- Coordinating the work between other MEP departments and civil department at site in order to follow and maintain the progress and avoid clashes.
- Electrical Scope includes Cable Tray & Trunking, GI and PVC conduiting, Cable pulling, termination & Wiring of Power Distribution Boards for all Electrical Circuits.
- Installation of Central Battery System for Emergency Lighting Circuits.
- Installation of ELV systems such as Access Control, BMS, Lighting Control, Fire Alarm, IT/Telecom, Security and Public Address (PA) System Circuits etc.
- HVAC Scope includes Installation of Air Conditioning & Ventilation system.
- Attending MEP Consultant Inspections and follow up with the results.
- Tracing & Updating the site progress with planning Engineer for project progress report
- Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc.) with Main Contractor to discuss key issues related to the project.
- Preparing Monthly Claims, variations, reports and reviewing payment certificates with Quantity Surveyor.
- Ensuring the Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) while installation of all Systems at site.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Electrical Shop Drawings, Single Line Diagrams & Load Distribution Schedules
- Execution and supervision of installation of Electrical works as per Shop Drawings and specifications.
- Supporting the site works by guiding the site team and addressing any issues arising during installation/construction phase.
- Following up with DEWA for the documents submission & drawing approvals.
- Ensuring compliance with DEWA policies, procedures and regulations.
- Coordinating with Consultant & other authorized/concerned personnel to ensure that all the interfaces such as material submittals are approved in time to avoid any delays in construction due to interfaces.
- Coordinating with Consultant for site instructions and for inspection of completed works.
- Clearing all the Observation & Comments (OCS) of Consultant & Authority Personnel.
- Preparation of As-built drawings and documentation for the projects.
- Recording & Reporting daily Site Activities for monitoring the Site Production.
- Contributing client satisfaction by ensuring that their expectations are met.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing installation, operation of all Electrical activities at site according to drawings & specifications.
- Reviewing BOQ, shop drawings as per technical requirements & prepared As-Built drawings
- Preventing site related conflicts and resolving them if they emerge.
- Liaising with Clients, Consultants, Main Contractors & local authorities for approvals.
- Maintaining detailed site records for Variations and progress of the construction site.
- Attending project, site progress and site related technical meetings as directed by the project manager.

- Visiting site to ensure quality of installation and reporting project status.
- Recording completed works at site on daily basis.
