Sales Supervisor responsible for 12 sales rep
. Develop the Sales team and area, , training and motivate sales rep to achieve the targets distribution targets by contribution
. Flow up operation and search for market's new opportunities
. Starting now chilled meat distribution company
. Prepare Marketing scans and classified the area new customers in all channels Wholesales, Modern Trade, HORECA, Butchers Shops
. Achieve the targets and collection, increase the number of reps
▪ Achieve the targets. Build greet relationship with Wholesales customers.
▪ Develop the area by, opening new cold stores. Reactive old customers. Sing boards, Freezers.
▪ Achieve 100% collection every month.
▪ Handel the operation during all my Supervisors vacation more than 15 month on period thru 9 years like solving the team & customer issue and motivate the team to active the targets in sales and collection.
▪ Working with SAP software and achieved all the company KPIs
