• Overall responsibility to manage & implement all IT projects UAE & Qatar (4 M USD budget)
• Maintaining professional standards of management information system services to meet the business objectives
• Building and executing IT strategy and infrastructure for the company to achieve short term and long term vision.
• Consult with management to analyze computer system needs for management information and functional operations, to determine scope and priorities of projects, and to discuss system capacity and equipment acquisitions.
• Recommends and develops plans for systems development and operations, hardware and software purchases, budget, and staffing.
• Develops, implements, and monitors management information systems policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and legal, and regulatory compliance.
• Negotiates and contact with consultants, technical personnel, and vendors for services and products.
• Manages computer operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions.
Customer Management Function under Support Organization. Business Development and upselling existing customers. Gathering business need and legislations changes to keep the product compliance.
Managing Consulting Practice to ensure providing the best resources to perform a specific tasks in the projects
Building Teams with the proper competencies and managing JDE projects.
Managing Applications, JDE (Financial, Distribution and Manufacturing, payroll, EDI and JDA.
Managing and developing MAPICS, BPCS Applications
