 Responsible to develop the overall Turnaround/Shutdown plan for the static equipment and to manage its execution.
 Good experience on Heat Exchangers, pressure vessels, Catalyst replacement, Boilers, Flare tips, Distillation columns, Reactors, Reformers, Vlaves and Piping etc.
 Responsible to develop the preventive and corrective maintenances for all static equipment’s at running plants.
 Familiar with the international codes and standards (ASME, ASTM, API, TEMA …).
 Pipeline fabrication & construction with its all components.
 Aware by all the technical drawings (Mechanical -P&ID and Isometric drawings).
 Follow up all PM and CM activities through CMMS, MAXIMO, SAP, OCEN system.
 Good knowledge about NDT methods and giving recommendation for inspection teams.
 Evaluating tender documents, drawings and schedules
 Provide engineering support for all projects and studies executed by engineering and projects units
 Familiar with (METHANEX& SAUDI ARAMCO& SABIC& PETROTRABIGH, DOW CHEMICAL) HSE and Rules.

¬ Plan and organize all maintenance activities for static Equipment in the plant.
¬ To share in maintenance budget preparation.
¬ Achieve the highest availability for all Static Equipment.
¬ Follow up all PM and CM activities through CMMS (OCEN).
¬ Lead group of maintenance engineers and EMC contractor in field of static maintenance.
¬ To create all PO’s on SAP system for all static equipment materials.
¬ Follow up all company procedures in Quality and safety. 
¬ Prepare all the repair procedures according to codes and standards.
¬ Check and review all Welding procedure specification (WPS) according to related codes.
¬ To deal with all types of drawing to achieve maintenance activities.
¬ Follow up all new installation and modification in the plant
¬ Prepare all static Equipment work package and follow up all the activity in the annual plant shut down.
¬ Analyze KPI's provided by the CMMS and intervention reports with a view to improving maintenance (HSE, availability, preservation of equipment) and set the priorities.
Prepare suitable lifting plans for all lifting equipment.

Carrying out Maintenance activities in Static Equipment’s like Steam Reformer, Reactor, Boilers, Heaters, Distillation Column, Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Fin Fan coolers, Pipe lines and other miscellaneous equipment’s

 Manage all the Turnaround activities in an effective manner and in compliance with Client’s QHSE practices and procedures
 Track the actual execution of Turnarounds/shutdowns against the plan, recommend changes, if needed, and communicate the same with the client and the subcontractors.
 Managing and coordinating Turnaround tendering and subcontracting activities
 Manage and direct the site engineers and supervisors for executing the turnaround jobs.
 Planning for shutdown activities, including material expediting.
 Organize all of the site mobilization, Man power, tools and equipments.
 Review and coordinate progress meeting and coordinate with all sub contractors for site interfaces.
 Preparation of Daily reports and project closeout reports.
 Monitoring of material procurement& commercial arrangements /contracts with third -party service providers and to ensure an acceptable standard of service and financial control is achieved.
 Responsible for fully understanding the scope of work and planning the work in conjunction with the assigned supervisors and engineers.
 Check and review all Welding procedure specification (WPS) according to related codes.
 Manage all turnaround financial and schedule reporting and forecasting.
 Coordinate with Operation /inspection /supervisor for other equipment to make the plan effectively
 Prepare risk schedules to identify and quantify risks and mitigation measures.
 Maintain good client relationships at all times.
 Review contract documents & technical clarification to Company (client)
 Preparing Technical Requisition package.
 Technical Bid Evaluation and Risk Analysis
 Participating in site surveys, EX meeting and kick off meeting to establish and identify the requirements.
 Engineering packages, including equipment specifications, datasheets, drawings, etc.

Plant: Union Fenosa Gas (SEGAS) Plant at Damietta, Egypt (Liquefied Natural Gas -LNG)

Responsibilities:
 As a senior mechanical maintenance engineer responsible for supervise and perform the mechanical preventive &predictive and corrective maintenance works for the static equipment in these scopes.

 Maintenance repairing and overhaul for all valves types (Gate, Globe, Ball, Non return valve, Etc)
 PRV & PSV and Pilot Operated Relive valve calibration.
 Installing blinds for large diameter pipes 66”, 72”.
 Apply hydrostatic and pneumatic test.
 Good knowledge for using hydraulic torque wrench and bolt tension machine.
 Loading Arm preventive and corrective maintenance.
 Maintenance repairing and overhaul for all Heat Exchanger types (Shell & tube - Plate - Air fan coolers).
 Tower maintenance and internal replacement (valve trays - bubble cap trays - packing)
 New projects calculations ( Material take off, Dry cost, timing plan, and Method of statement and test package )
 Good knowledge about standards: ASME, ASTM, DIN, BS, IN & TEMA for Heat exchanger
 Identifying spare parts requirements..
 Familiar with inspection tests (NDT) test.
 Maintenance for Thermal insulation works (hot&cold) - foam injection machine.
 Preparing reports and life book for equipment as required.
 Implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSAS 18001, Prepare risk assessment & Tool Box Talk.

Attended the following shutdowns as static equipment maintenance engineer:
 SEGAS Plant (Liquefied Natural Gas production plant) August 2007.
 SEGAS Plant November 2008.
 SEGAS Plant shutdown ( Fractionation Area ) July 2009
 SEGAS Plant (complete shutdown) July 2010.
 Replacing the cold box at SEGAS site ( chart heat exchanger ) ( MAY 2012 )

 As a piping& construction engineer responsible for preparing tender documentation then executing pipe lines and static equipments in these scopes.

 Preparing the bidding tender documentation
 Prepare dry cost, MTO, test package, Scope of work, method of statement and timing plan
 Manage all site activities like welding, erection, inspection, fit up
 Prepares the welding Maps & choose the most suitable points for Field weld joints.
 Prepare daily reports for progress, manpower, and priority
 Prepare Lifting and Installation plan for each level
 Follow up the client procedure for Erection
 Follow up all quality assurance and safety precautions on my site
 Dealing with all type of drawing like Plot Plain, ISO, P&ID...etc
 Prepare hydrostatic test for all test package if required
 Complete all punch lists for all test package.

The major projects:

 North of Sinai Petroleum Company (NOSPCO) at offshore TAO platform.
Installing of surface jet pump including its supporting structural modification as well as the fabrication and installation of the piping required to connect the surface jet pump to the existing slots of wells TAO 5, 6, 7 and the slot for the discharge line on the production Manifold.

 Egyptian Liquefied Natural Gas (ELNG-IDKU).
- Fabrication and erection of fire fighting pipe lines

 PETROBEL Company (El-gamil plant)
-Replacing 4 oil loading arms.

 Suez Oil Petroleum Company (SOPC).
- Repairing for 6 loading arms at SOPC offshore platform.
