1- Fully in-charge of an Electro/Mechanical Project.
2- Ensure successful achievement of project mission statement and goals and be responsible for all day-to-day activities.
3- Follow up with various departments within the company in all Project related matters of the operation of the Project.
4- To ensure a successful completion of the Project within the budget and on time.
5- Responsible for planning and scheduling of all major activities of the Project to achieve timely completion of the Project.
6- Fully responsible for all contractual issues related to the day-to-day running of the Project.
7- Responsible for managing a Staff/Labor in the project.
8- To determine all Project requirements (Technical and General).
9- To ensure the timely submittal of all project submittals and obtaining approvals. (Samples, Shop Drawings, Design Details, Work Procedure, Method Statements, Schedules, Programs etc.)
10- To schedule and plan all project activities in line with Master Program in co-ordination with the Planning Engineer.
11- To receive all project related instructions from the Client, Engineer, Main Contractor, etc. and transmit, communicate with O.D.
12- To give all notices, etc. to the Client/Engineer/Main Contractor under the instructions of the O.D.
13- To attend all project related meeting with Client/Engineer/Main Contractor and reporting back to the O.D. on the proceedings as well as to attend all project related meetings.
14- Assignment of all project related activities to all resources.
15- To evaluate the requirement of all project resources.
16- Planning and scheduling of resources (material, manpower etc.) Resources Mobilization.
1- Managing Engineering team and outsource offices to execute all Engineering works which including but not limited to prepare shop drawings, calculations, details, solving construction problems…etc. according to IFC Dwg, Spec., BOQ and all related contract documents.
2- Monitoring progress and performance against the project plan.
3- Taking the necessary technical decisions in case of unresolved conflicts between disciplines.
4- Supervising the issue of engineering deliverable and approving the key engineering documents.
5- Ensuring effective technical coordination with Consultant & Client's representatives and as such participates to good communication with client.
6- Attending periodical meeting with client and consultants for reviewing progress, coordination and solve site conditions.
7- Following up LOD and progress of submissions and approval.
8- Evaluating my team and motivating them to extract their best Productivity.
9- Review and approve shop drawing submittals
10 - Review Coordination between architecture, structure, MEP, HVAC drawings
11 - Review and approve material approval request and method of statement according to project specs
12 - Check and review the main contractor invoice and another subcontractors
13 - Follow up progress in site by sending a weekly construction progress report to planning department
14 - Review and approve quantity survey submittal
15- Lead and enhance team skills.
1- Preparing bill of quantities (BOQ’s) and sorting items according to Master-Format numbers & titles of (CSI and RICS) standard.
2- Review design drawings and coordinate with design team to clarify any conflict.
3- Review BOQ’s made by my team before submittal.
4- Takeoff Quantity for specific items of work, when required.
5- Reply on queries submitted by clients or contractors, when submitted.
6- Review, study & evaluate the variation orders or claims, when submitted by the contractor.
7- Prepare preliminary cost estimates based on office database.
8- Prepare elemental cost estimates based on quotation from suppliers and office database.
9- Attending the pre- tender meetings for the tender projects with the clients / contactors.
10- Sharing to evaluate bids technically and commercially and advising clients.
11- Sharing to prepare Contract documents and attach the drawings to the package for issuance to tenders.
12- Assist Resident Engineers with QS issues, when required.
13- Maintain a proper filing system for the Q.S. Department.
14- Update office database according to latest (bids, quotations, offers & past projects)

3. Supervise and inspect all executed Elec. works at site.
4. Inspect Materials which supplied to site according project documents & approvals.
5. Coordination with clients/ contractors for all activities.
6. Assist Resident Engineers with QS issues, when required.
7. Preparation of work- in progress reports.
8. Review & approve periodical invoices which submitted be contractors.
9. Review surveying sheets which were submitted by contractors.
10. Review, study & evaluate the variation orders or claims, when submitted by the contractor.
11. Study construction schedule and project budget and review them continuously to assure working within their limits.
12. Prepare letters and Site instruction report to follow up contractors.
13. Sharing in amicable termination procedures of project.
14. Supervise the sites safety.
Projects : ► Almaza (Jaz Crestal), Matroh, Egypt.
Hotel which consists of (4-phases ) each phase contains (2 blocks-260 rooms and Main building) Contains the following systems \{ Power system (LV & MV), Emergency system (Generator), Lighting system, Fire alarm & voice evacuation system, Tele.& Data system, MATV system& DFCU control system \}

3 resident towers each tower consists of (4 basements + Mezz. + Aminety +
22floors) Consists of the following systems \{ Power system (LV & MV),
Lighting system, Fire alarm &voice evacuation system, Tele& data system,
TV system, Metering system, Home automation system, Intercom system,
CCTV system & BMS\}
Job Title : Electrical Site Engineer responsible for 3 towers.
1. Studying contract specifications/drawings.
2. Review shop-drawing production.
3. Coordination with clients/ consultants for all activities.
4. Materials take off from contract drawings.
5. Preparation of work- in progress reports.
6. Day-to-Day work planning & programming.
7. Maintain safe site continuously and arrange for manpower,
Material and equipment to do so with related units.
8. Maintain clean site continuously and arrange for manpower,
Material and equipment to so with related units.
9. Study all construction drawings, documents and its updates,
in terms of construction methodologies in coordination with
other disciplines/contractors/subcontractors prior to
Construction and to give proper explanation to my team.
10. Study construction schedule and project budget and review
them continuously to assure working within their limits.
11. Explain daily production sheets, related drawings & work
methodology for the Foremen and the Surveyors daily.
12. Issue procurement requests for material and equipment
supply and to follow up its delivery to site with related unit
after Project Manager Approval.
