Testing all basic alarm panel functions to make sure that every
offered feature is functional.
Recording all work performed, materials used and any problems encountered.
Participating in meetings, workshops, training and seminars as required.
Responding to emergency work orders quickly and efficiently.
Maintain the Permit system and manage the work completion with the
agreed target date for all the sites.
Supervise and advice workers on the PPM assigned correctly,
Perform corrective maintenance and completion on time.

Take assignments from the senior engineer and management staff and carryout design,
development, assembly and testing, data collection/analysis and field testing
documentation.
Assist in the preparation of specifications and technical bid packages.
Preparing permit to work system as per job requirements.
Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments.
Report to any discrepancies related to design, materials, quality and HSE documents issued
to site.
Day to day coordination of construction activities with site supervisors and project
team/client
Assist in field work by obtaining field information, checking installations, problem
solving, maintenance and repair of equipment and systems.
Monitor the quality of works.
Ensure the labour man-hours reports are issued to office.

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of 2-10 journeyman pipefitters and apprentices.
Proficiency in subcontractors scheduling, material procurement, safety policies implementation, and lockout tag out procedure
Handle Job Safety Analysis to ensure completeness of resources, including information, tools, and material needed by staff to complete assigned tasks safely
Implemented liquid penetrant tests on systems to ensure they will function under the designed pressures and temperatures
Coordinating With Procurement Department and Stores for the Material Availability in the Site
Handover and deliver the materials to Stores/Yards
Follow up and receive the materials as per the delivery time.
Leads monthly Safety Committee meetings, communicating requests and concerns to management and key client stakeholders and following up on activities to improve or correct.
Supervise attendance and daily activities of Quality Technicians.
