o Expertise in Network Operations Center (NOC) protocols and methodologies.
o Experience in Network Administration and Troubleshooting.
o knowledge of Network Security systems and protocols including firewall configuration and intrusion
detection/prevention systems.
o Expertise in diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
o Deploying and maintaining network infrastructure.
o Strong understanding of network infrastructure and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, UDP, Telnet,
SSL, POP3, IPV6, SSH, IPV4 and VLAN.
o Experience with Cisco networking equipment.
o Experience in server administration including Active Directory and Exchange.
o Experience in routing (Static and Dynamic) protocols as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, ISIS, RIP and IGRP.
o Design and implement complex network solutions including data center networks, LAN/WAN networks and
Cloud networks solutions.
o Resolving technical issues related to Telecom services such as Internet connectivity VOIP, IPTV, ISDN, SIP and
Data Circuits and MPLS.
o Strong technical experience in Systems Engineering, System Administration and Systems Design.
o Experience with virtualization and Cloud computing.
o Ability to perform root cause analysis to determine the underlying issues as it impacts systems,
applications or business processes.
o Strong knowledge of Linux, Unix system administration.
o Excellent Problem Solving and analytical skills.
o Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills.
o Professional manage critical services and creating backups.
o Manage and configure Access devices ADSL2+, VDSL2, FTTH, FTTX and GPON
Like 7302, 7356, 7342 and 7360.
o Configure and troubleshoot HSI, VOIP and IPTV End to End services.
