• Develop long and short-term plans of corporate Marketing and revenue cycle.
• Manage the Corporates relations (Selection → Accounts management → Contracting → Patient`s satisfaction → patients ‘retention → Growth)
• Manage the Revenue cycle from Claims Preparation → Claim’s submission → Claims Management → Reporting.
• Manage all contracting (Cash, insurance, direct and indirect)
Generate and analyze the corporate performance reports (Weekly, Monthly, quarterly basis), and taking immediate corrective decisions.

- Successfully coordinated, negotiated, and signed corporate agreements between RAMA various branches with: AL TAWUNIYA, BUPA, MEDGULF, Mednet, Malath, TCS.
- Enhance the insurance approvals process and decrease the rejection rate up to 9.2%.
- Host multi workshops to train the medical and nonmedical teams and increase the orientation rate of insurance processes.
• Participate in setting annual marketing plan, based on the yearly target.
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
• Lead my team in the execution of marketing & Sales programs.
• Manage Sales & Promotion activities for more than 250 accounts.
• Have major role to increase the brand exposure and enhance our positioning.
• Track and follow our activities and generate our performance reports on daily/ weekly basis.
• Create dynamic referral programs, which increased qualified leads and sales.
• Manage insurance companies’ relations (joint marketing and reconciliation).
