Responsible of leading a team of 4 operators and 11 workers to ensure proper operation of salt refining unit of 350 metric ton / day capacity
Duties:
 Responsible for steady operation of Salt Refining Unit as shift in charge.
 Making shift reports to production manger
 Monitor the shift performance to improve the plant overall yield and
preventing losses and wastes as much as possible.
 Responsible for managing consumables and chemicals.
 Following up all maintenance activities are carried out.
 Identifying areas of improvement and recommend change in processes to
eliminate losses and wastes and increase stability of line.

Special activities:
 Assisted Spanish team with the installation, commissioning and start-up of the Spanish salt refining unit in Alexandria.
 Sharing in, commissioning, initial startup and normal operation of another salt refining plant in Al-Arīsh( North Sinai )in October 2013
