Project.
2- Drafting Letters / Correspondence.
3- Analyzing the Contract Agreement and assessing possible risks associated with it.
4- Develop a Risk Assessment Report for the Contract Agreement (Opportunity & Threat).
5- Generating a Risk Register for the events and activities during the Project execution.
6- Developing, producing, and assessing Claims per the Contractual entitlements and Standard
Protocols (i.e., SCL, AACE, …etc.)
7- Evaluating enforceability and validity of the non-Standard / Be-spoken Contract Agreements
clauses/articles under the State Law.
8- Investigating and coordinating with the Project Team (Construction Managers, Planners,
Quantity Surveyors, …etc.) to produce a solid claim/variation.
9- Implementing an adequate approach to prove entitlement of the Claim.
10- Negotiate entitlement with the Client or its Representatives to avoid disputes and mitigate the
impact of delays.
11- Collecting data and substantiations in chronological order.

1- Direct reporting to Commercial Director/Commercial Manager for subcontract-related works for the abovementioned projects.
2- Oversees / Administer all Subcontract agreements / Variations for the abovementioned projects.
3- Prepare and draft Subcontract agreements, Consultancy agreements, letters of Awards (LOA) / letters of Intent (LOI), Variations & Amendments.
4- In case of disputes initiate/attend meetings and track correspondence with Subcontractors to obtain acceptance from both parties (Contractor & Subcontractor).
5- Applying clauses, the scope of work, payment terms and conditions, penalties, etc. which are applicable to the Subcontractor in accordance with the Main Contract of the Project, Project specifications and drawings, applicable standards, Local and Intranational laws to subcontract/supply/services agreement.
6- Ensures Subcontractor is in compliance with legal requirements, project specifications, and government regulations.

7- Ensures that the Subcontract Agreements are in accordance with Employer/Client specifications and requirements.
8- Ensure Subcontract execution in accordance with Employer / Client requirements.
9- Liaise with Procurement, Cost Control, Project Managers and Construction Team for relative Subcontractor issues and disputes such as addition and omission of Scope of Works, and claims.
10- Administering of Subcontractors’ claims in accordance with the Subcontract Agreement and the Main Contract.
11- Certifies Subcontractors Claims / Variation / Payment Certificates.
