• Prepare material submittals according to the vendor list and specifications as per regulations.
• Preparing the site mobilizations.
• Supervisions of the foremen, labors.
• Supervision on the procurement and storage of the materials on site.
• Supervision on all the payments according to the site progress.
• Coordination between the MEP & the main contractor.
• Ensure all the safety aspects in the site.
• Inspection on the progress and finalizing the paper work needed for each phase.
• Handing over the site to the main contractor and passing the inspection of Kahrama (The holding company for water & electricity in Qatar).
