➢ Managing URL filtering Project for Orange Business Services
➢ Coordinating with Legal department, the Data Privacy Laws updates in the European Union countries.
➢ Managing Security Compliance efforts for MSCs. (Major Service Centers)
➢ No Protection No Connection Project: • Introduced a new process to ensure the security compliance within our IT environment.
• Identified and removed most of the desktop security suite risks.
• Improved the overall security compliance rate, based on monthly reports.
➢ Participating & achieving the ISO 27001 certification for Egypt MSC, one of the 8 stakeholders.
➢ Participating in ISO 27001 certification programs for India, France, Brazil, Mauritius, and Turkey
