• Managing various tasks of the legal department as well as the staff members working for this department.
• Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters
.• Developing and leading internal audit and corporate compliance programs.
• Maintaining proper corporate interactions, communicate and negotiate with the relevant local, state governmental bodies, public authority, external law authorities etc., creating relations of trust.
• Review the legal risks involved in various business deals and share the same with the management and collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies.
• Participating in the formulation of general management policy as a member of the executive management team and provide clarification on legal language or specifications to the management and all the company departments.
• Review the existing legal cases of the company and work upon resolving them.
