As a Senior Document controller I'm fully aware of my specific responsibilities, Decisions, Actions Including implementation of my scope tasks in smoothly and accurate way to do the following: 1- Registering of internal and external documents of incoming and outgoing Project documents. 2- Maintain document control registers / documents for incoming and outgoing project documents of the hardcopies filing in a proper manner in accordance with Filing System procedure to facilitate easy retrieval at a later date. 3-Production of a weekly and Monthly status reports for all Project open items. 4- Follow the procedures of my organization based on the organizational process assets. 5- Verifying all documents to ensure document quality to include completeness, accuracy and compliance with established procedures and updates, in accordance with DCC procedure. 6- Ensure that the latest revision and approval status of drawings is kept updated continuously and respond to queries regarding revision status of issued drawings / documents from engineering / drafting personnel. 7- Ensure all hard and electronic copy distribution of controlled documents to focal point. 8- Scanning, creation of CD’s and files manipulation. 9- Create, Manage and Control a strong relationship between my Organization and all project entities, Especially our primary client In order to achieve a successful realization of great Owner's satisfaction. 10- Archiving data in order to prepare it for the turnover process. My job dimensions is : A. Supervision Received: Receives functional and/or operational administrative supervision from a Document Control Manager, project manager, project engineer or other project designee. B. Supervision Exercised: Provide technical direction and administrative supervision to Document Controller I My essential job duties is : 1. Assistant, Support, Coordinates and handle all kind of Project documents The Project Manager and my functional Manage, I'm giving the communication Management processes all my concentration between my staff in the site office and our HQ and how to communicate with our client in cooperative manner. 2. Ensuring project records are processed in accordance with my company's OPA and my Dept. "Document Control"s procedures. 3. Monitoring the performance of Document Controller I&II 4. Day to day project activities for documentation handling. 5. Day to day data entry for the project records. 6. Receipt of Incoming Supplier Documents. 7. Adding content to the DMS and performing a quality verification of that content. 8. Populating attributes - Document Date, Document title, Document Status and all Document properties. 9. Creating and issuing a transmittal and maintaining a copy in the DMS. 10. Distributing the documents in accordance with the PMDS. 11. Responsible for filing in accordance to Filing Criteria and System. 12. Implementing and use of the DMS to support the Document Control activities in the project 13. Coordinates all service needs including project moves with off-project support groups My Job Knowledge: 1- Excellent oral and written communication skills. 2- A High detailed experience in Areas such as Document management, Project Management, Construction Management 3- Knowledge of Organizational Influence and Assets 4- Expert functionality knowledge of Documentation Systems and Numbering system.
