Role Purpose
• Responsible for and delivering Presales Consultancy for the following products
- Dell Software for Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Total Privileged Access Management
- Dell software for Windows Server Management (WSM) Products

* Ex. (ChangeAuditor for AD, Exchange), Intrust (Dell SIEM solution), Migration Manager (for AD, exchange)
- IBM AppScan
- Guidance Software Forensics products (Encase Cybersecurity and Analytics)
- MobileIron (MDM, MAM and MCM)
• Defines requirements against customer vision, and identifies challenges and risk
• Influences the design and implementation of solutions to minimize risk and increase customer satisfaction
• Uses comprehensive writing and presentation skills to communicate business value to all stakeholders, in each engagement
• Creates capability maps, and performs portfolio analysis and program prioritization for assigned engagements
• Develop and deliver value-based customer technical presentations and demonstrations
• Provides readiness frameworks and operations best practices to strengthen customer/partner commitments
• Work with Country/Sales Managers to respond to RFI/RFPs, develop business proposals and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs)
instances
• Participating in on-line webinars and regional trade shows in order to demonstrate the value of the StarLink product suite
• strive for excellence to achieve 100% customer satisfaction - Strong understanding of customers, Channel Partners, and market dynamics and requirements
• Develop new customers through awareness, personal contacts, news items, new construction, mailings, daily calls, and follow-up. Promote upgrades and additions with existing customers
• Design and present product recommendations
• Convert prospects to customers through marketing, selling skills, and technical support
• Complete contracts, order forms, job scopes, diagrams, and specifications. Submit paperwork to sales support staff to initiate
installation - Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple subjects and products
• capture business and technical requirements

Role Purpose: • Participate in Pre-Sales, develop and deliver value-based customer technical presentations and demonstrations
• Dedicated Security Engineer for Premier Mission Critical Customers (PMC)
• To Provide Onsite Proactive service by running the Risk Assessment Programs
(ADRAP, Security RAP and AD Security Assessment and Exchange Security Assessment) to Microsoft Premier Customers
• To provide Onsite Support Services and Incident Prevention Services to Microsoft Premier Customers.
• Build very successful relationships with the customer through the delivery of a high-quality technical engagement in a specific
technology area.
• Delivery of an excellent service.
• Team/ Department Mission As part of the Customer Service and Support (CSS) the Premier Filed Engineering Services
organization delivers Rapid Onsite Support Services and Incident Prevention Services to MS Enterprise customers.

• The PFE engineers help Premier customers during the "operate" and "improve" phase of the MS product usage.
• The Support Service can be proactive for workshop and SKU service delivery and reactive as well as response on critical
situations.

• Increase service availability for Microsoft's Enterprise Customers by providing proactive support consulting in a specific product or Technology area.


Key Accountabilities: - Use an adequate technical expertise in troubleshooting to support reactive cases.
- Deliver proactive onsite support and knowledge transfer to the customer.
- Drive on preventing incidents during your customer visits.
- Deliver SKU services and customized workshops.
- Drive high customer satisfaction on GTSC support incidents.
- Maintain deep knowledge of latest products and configurations of Enterprise Customers by continuously increasing technical
knowledge. - Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Deliver technical workshops, presentations and documents.
- Maintain accreditations.
- Collaborate with Microsoft teams to deliver a high quality service.
- Work with Microsoft support engineers using knowledge of customer's environment to accelerate problem resolution.
- Manage customer expectations and deliver a service in line with contractual obligations.
- Develop and deliver new services to exceed customer expectations. - Take responsibility for the Microsoft engagement and your own self development.
- Work within Microsoft account teams on strategic customer deployments.

Key Success Criteria: - 100+ Vulnerability/Security Assessments through Europe, Middle east and Africa (EMEA) region

- Worked with Most of the MS Premier Customers in the MEA region for Security Remedial actions and Incident Response.

- Worked in Malware Analysis and Incident Response - Accredited to deliver:
• ADRAP

• AD Security Assessment
• Exchange Security Assessment
• TMG Health check
• FPE health check
• Malware Analysis


- The owner and/or creator for the following Intellectual Properties in MS-PFE:
• Forensic Analysis and Incident response Workshop
• Exchange Security Assessment
• ISO27k / PCI-DSS Compliance Review
• ISA/TMG health check
• Forefront Protection for Exchange


Knowledge, Skills and Experience: - Face-to-face customer engagement skills.
- Awareness of corporate environments and their business requirements.

- Strong experience with AD, Exchange, Forefront Protection Family

- Strong experience in Public Key Infrastructure
- Strong experience in Rights Management Server
- Strong experience with MS Windows 2000 and/or 2003, 2008 servers.
