• Ensure high levels of Fix-It-Right by accurate and quick repair support.
• Continuous improvement (KAIZEN) support for distributor and dealer service operations creating across 21 dealers across UAE.
• Conclude effective (Early Detection Early Resolution) feedback with manufacturer and dealers.
• Support (Go and See) dealers in diagnosis and repair of advances vehicle concerns through on-site assistance.
• Support dealer network development through ‘On Job Training’ to enhance technical level.
• Identify and escalate technical issues to manufacturer as needed.
• Provide guidance & assistance in resolving issues as determined by the Technical Support Engineer Team Leader or National Technical Support Manager.
• Support with Green mobility (Hybrid Electric Vehicle, Fuel Cell Vehicle) Eco-Car technologies.
• Provide timely and accurate Field Technical Report to the Manufacturer/Principal.
• Product quality survey coordination and evaluation.
• Maintaining strong & effective Cross Departmental Synergy and communication.
• Active contribution in developing standards, processes and procedures.
• Communicate with manufacturer on after-sales opportunities.
• Government support in inspecting other vehicle manufacturers for technical concerns and provide a report.
• Organize and conduct In-house Technical Training Nissan Service Technician Education Program (N-SETP)
• Perform pre-evaluation of training participants and final evaluation on the result of the training.
• Hands on training support.
• Ensure the successful implementation of technical training (Right First Time) activities.
• Assist with the orientation, coaching, management and other stakeholders to increase the efficiency.
• Product knowledge training for the front line staff, Preventive maintenance training for fleet customers.
• Technical Support to the workshop floor for all the technical diagnosis issues raised and final confirmation.
• Monitor, review and implement technician health and safety, operational standards, warranty processes.
• Assist Technical Service Advisor with the Technical Reports.
• Adept using diagnostic trouble tools, service manual and wiring diagram.
• Communicate with Nissan Middle East (NMEF) at technical level.
• Lead the engine overhauling team for NISSAN GT-R.
• Nissan Express Service (NES) & Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) supervisor.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
