Develop and maintain professional relationships with all suppliers
Monitor suppliers’ performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery
requirements
Preparation statement to follow up the suppliers’ payments.
Follow all types letters of credit (L/C)
Following up with the supplier for the delivery time before placing order.
Coordinating with Logistics for arrangements to collect the materials
Follow UP the broker during customs clearance
Coordinating with the planning section
Process Purchase Orders in a timely manner and after careful checking stocks,
importing rules and regulation
Ensure the arrival of goods in a condition identical to the ordered items.
