Manager or site engineers.

Specifications, the instruction of the consultants and the approved progress tables.

The main responsibilities were preparing Submittals for the Client, Following the Design Aspects, Preparing Purchase Requests, Materials Supplying to the Site, Preparing Contracts with the Different Suppliers, Following the Letter of Credits, Coordination between the Design Consultants and the Client, Attending the meetings with the Client and with all parties related to the project, Preparing Progress Reports, Preparing the project requirements (materials, manpower, equipment) in addition to Following the Construction, installation.
Shop drawing (especially for electro-mechanical works like fire fighting, HVAC, piping system & electrical works)
Site supervision works & measurement works.
