Current Position:

 Al Siddiqi Holding - UAE Area Manager (Aug 2014 to Present).
- Managing 2 Brands with total 9 stores.
1. Migato (Footwear & Bags) - 8 stores over all UAE.
2. Marella (Luxury fashion - Max Mara Group) - Abu Dhabi.

Responsible for maximizing sales and profitability throughout shops in a specific area and for ensuring all our customers receive exceptional customer service always, as well responsible for guiding Store Managers to maximize both store KPIs and their team’s personal performances, also involved in setting standards, monitoring performance and managing large budgets.

Job Role & Responsibilities:
 Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products.
 Reaching the targets and goals set for the area.
 Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customers base.
 Servicing the needs of your existing customers.
 Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
 Setting sales targets for individual reps.
 Recruiting and training sales staff.
 Allocating areas to sales representatives.
 Working proactively to develop relationships with all employees in the area.
 Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
 Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
 Analyzing sales figures and other KPI’s to identify opportunities.
 Collecting customer feedback and market research.
 Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
 Set standards and objectives for different stores and departments.
 Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency.
 Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
 Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines.
 Report regularly to Country Manager on progress and issues, responsible for managing many store locations.
 Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
