Strategy:-
• Business Partner on all operational and strategic issues as they arise (Short / Long ); provide strategic recommendations to the executive management on financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis
• Participate in the ongoing strategic planning process as an integral member of the senior management team.
• Constructive challenging and looking for value creating growth opportunities
Risk Management:-
• Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile
• Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the company
• Construct and monitor reliable control systems
• Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies
• Report risk issues to the audit committee
• Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations
• Monthly opportunities & Risks report
Financial and Operational Management:-
• Key user for SAP ( Finance, Controlling, BI & Purchasing ).
• Responsible of completing budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reconciliation.
• Monthly/quarterly analyses of key financial results
• Create and own relevant finance policies and procedures to ensure full support of commercial and business needs within a frame of full compliance to corporate financial guidelines
• Ensure books closures correctly & according to IFRS ( P&L, Balance sheet & Cash flow )
• Oversee the preparation and approval of all financials and reports to the MGT team and Top level management; prepare and communicate monthly and annual financial statements.
• Pricing, margins and trade terms: ensure all liabilities are accounted for, control contractual conditions in place.
• Dealing with external Auditors.
Area of expertise:
• Responsible of completing budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reconciliation and other related analysis tools and procedures, Monthly Analysis of trends per SKU
• Ensure books closures correctly & according to IFRS
• Oversee the preparation and approval of all financials and reports to the MGT team and Top level management; prepare and communicate monthly and annual financial statements.
• Pricing, margins and trade terms: ensure all liabilities are accounted for, control contractual conditions in place.
• Perform tracking of all cost vs. budgets; and avoid over/below spending.
• Establish business polices, processes and procedures in line with internal control
• Oversee all tax related issues ( withholding tax, Corporate tax, added tax, income tax )
• Ensure partner relationship with distributors
• Cash flow, cash collection, Bank relation.
• Mitigate risks
Responsible of completing budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reconciliation and other related analysis tools and procedures.
Prepares short and long term financial planning.
Manage net working capital
Prepare & report CAPEX planning. (Capital expenditure, Sku’s acquisitions, etc.)
Prepare monthly/quarterly analyses of key financial results.
Creating new models to improve the work flow.
Corporate Reporting.
Perform tracking of all cost vs. budgets; and avoid over/below spending.
Opps & Risks monthly reporting.
Areas of expertise include:-
Profitability, pricing, managing distributor margins and P&L.
Prepare company Profit & Loss Statement.
Responsible of completing budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reconciliation and other related analysis tools and procedures.
Prepares short and long term financial planning, KPI’s, any other benefit information as needed or requested.
Ensure timely submission of accurate monthly financial results & forecasts in the ERP systems, Hyperion.
Prepare monthly/quarterly analyses of key financial results.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, Balance sheet / Income statement reconciliation.
Dealing with external and Internal Audit. And ensure accuracy.
Responsible for the running of the Sales orders, posting sales invoices of up to200 per month at peak times, Posting and coding of all Advances and settlements.
Areas of expertise include:-
Book keeping
Sales and variance analysis; preparation sales corporate report and forecasting report.
Settle other debit balances AR employees
Maintain all documentation with regards to sales additions and corrections.
Sales Returns and Expired Goods.
Communicate with internal and external auditors
Accounting and reporting, General & Admin
Review all expenses and Incomplete all Records accounting using ERP/ JDE system software
Responsible for internal control under world bank regulation and review all Project expenditure andAnanalyze it on a monthly basis.
