- Administrating the provision and maintenance of proper standards in storage and control of aircraft spares, tools, equipment, supplies and other technical materials to support Maintenance in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Ensure economic stock level of material stored for the use of AIR CAIRO, and providing the materials minimum stocks and optimum economic control on material purchase and maintenance of productive procedures in storing.
- Works closely with stores supervisors on all stores / Logistics related activities in order to facilitate optimum Supply Chain results.
- Set targets and goals according to future need and company requirements to maintain adequate aircraft operations.

- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers Or vendors and Select Best Price and Lead Time.
- Monitor and Facilitate material delivery from PO to Shipping, including supplier scheduling & coordination; shipping & receiving; internal expectations; and, early intervention and problem solving around delivery problems.
- Ensure that purchase orders for spare parts from the authorized approved vendors / suppliers as per the updated Approved Lists.
- Ensure that all delivered parts are came from ECAA approved sources and fulfill all regulatory and company's requirements and isolate any suspected unapproved parts until substantiated to avoid the risk of using it.
- Issue and Reviews All Invoices for PO’s, Workshop and MRO (Material) Invoices.
- Manage general Stores activities such as material forecasting and planning, monitoring stock levels, goods receiving, acceptance, rejections, goods issuance, and scrap, disposal of surplus and outdated assets.
- Ensure and Keep Track Of stores shelf life and/or life limit Items.
- Ensure that all repairable or modifiable items complete its repair/modification cycle with complete required repair/modification documents and airworthiness certification.
- Ensure that all spare parts are stored in proper warehouse that complied with ECCA requirements and AIR CAIRO standards.
- Monitoring and Control Internal Issue and Return Back Process (Accelerate the Process of Issuing and transporting the Materials to Reach the Station On Time - Keep Track of Removal \ Unserviceable items - Expedite the Transportation \ Return of the Unserviceable Items).
- Following up and trace the unserviceable items delivered from stations to be checked and repaired by internal or external approved repair stations. To secure a smooth flow of spares reduced total component turnaround time and a high level of service.
- Coordination with contracted repair \ maintenance organization to ensure that all repairable or modifiable items complete its repair/modification cycle with complete required repair/modification documents and airworthiness certification.
- Follow Up the Repair Process (internal \ External) to Return back and Keep High Stock Availability.
- Follow up modification kits requests for AD's / SB.
- Monitor Technical Documentation issued by airworthiness authorities, aircraft manufactures or vendors.

Participated in the Y2K conversion and testing of programs in the Aircraft Maintenance Subsystem of the ILS consisting of over one million lines of code including enhancements to the user interface and data presentation and standardization of program code and logic process flow.
