• Responsible about establishment and follow up the implementation of the new AVEVA E3D platform at PGESCo
• Managing, Supervising and Leading the day to day activities inside the E3D admin team and report to higher management
• Submit the future work plan and arrange/ handle the pilot project preparations and activities
• Preparing the progress reports to meet the project time schedule
• Follow up the different activities with E3D admin team i.e. the creation of Piping catalogues and specifications and create the different company standard templates and reports as UG composite drawing, Piping GAs, Piping sketches, Piping Isometrics, MTO report
• Provide AVEVA E3D training courses for users (when needed)

Detailed Job Description:
• Prepare piping routing design by SmartPlant 3D (SP3D) and Coordinate it with
Piping supports and pipe stress analysis teams.
• Development UG piping composite drawings, Plot Plans and GA's by SP3D Smart Sketch and MicroStation.
• Extracting AG/UG piping isometrics.
• Create required equipment at SP 3D‐Model.
• Extracting Material Take‐Off "MTOs" reports.
• Prepare piping study and tank nozzle orientation sketches and follow‐up the implementation with tank sub‐contractor.
• Coordinate UG piping utility systems and release periodic interference check report.
• Handling weekly 3D‐model review meetings with other disciplines (electric, civil, mechanical, etc.) to achieving the best physical design for the plant.
• Check and review issued mechanical specification, P&ID for every system.
• Prepare tenders layout and piping arrangement according to tender and piping specification.

• Preparing the progress payment invoices (Interim Payment Certificate) And discuss with the employer’s quantity surveyor.
• Discovering the contract variations and writing the notice for intention to claims and making the cost analyses of any CVN (Certified Variation Notice)
• Submission of the designs and workshop drawings and the related engineering documents and communicate with the consultant if any inquiry.
